Plea Deal For Teen Who Attacked Boy After Sex On School Bus

A high school student accused of elbowing the groin of a 13-year-old boy who laughed at the bodily noises she made while having sex on a school bus has pleaded guilty to harassment.

The student, an 18-year-old woman whose name has not been released, appeared in a court in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania on June 3 to accept the plea, the Smoking Gun reports.

The post-coitus skirmish on Jan. 17 has been problematic for everyone who had to write about the bizarre fight from the arresting officer to journalists.

The facts of the case are this: The accused was reportedly having sex with an unidentified male in the back of a school bus when she "expelled wind from the vulva during coitus while at the back of the bus,” according to the report written by state police trooper Brad Jordan.

The 13-year-old victim laughed and chuckled at the noise made by the woman. Soon after, the "accused approached the victim and elbowed him in the testicles," the report stated.

When the media got a hold of the report, Jordan's superior officers tried to quelch it by releasing a new report that described the incident in much less colorful and descriptive language: "A known person is alleged of striking the victim during a verbal disagreement while on the bus."

In exchange for the plea, the judge waived the imposed fines, according to the Smoking Gun.
