Joshua Corbett, the man who allegedly broke into Sandra Bullock's home in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 8, has been charged with felony counts of first-degree residential burglary, possession of a machine gun and stalking, TMZ reports.

Police responded to a call of the break-in around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday and arrested Corbett on suspicions of residential burglary. Bullock was home at the time, but was not harmed by the intruder.

Law enforcement sources have now told TMZ that Corbett did not break in to burglarize the home, but rather to have a "face-to-face" with the actress. He did not have a machine gun at the time of the break-in, but officers found the weapon later on while investigating his home.
