New Footage Emerges Of Oregon Mom Shortly Before Disappearance

Police searching for an Oregon stay-at-home mom released new footage of her shopping in a pharmacy shortly before she vanished on July 24.

Jennifer Huston, 38, was recorded buying Gatorade, trail mix, and a nonlethal dose of over-the-counter sleeping pills at a Rite Aid drug store on Thursday in Newberg, TV station KATU reports. The married mother-of-two had withdrawn less than $100 from an ATM and filled her car at a nearby gas station at around 6:10 p.m., shortly before the pharmacy footage was taken.what

Police speaking Tuesday about the search for Huston said that her husband Kallen Huston has been cooperative and passed a polygraph test, the Oregonian reports.

Huston received a text message from her mother at 6:22 p.m. but she didn't respond and her trail went cold at 6:25, when her phone was deactivated, according to KPTV.

Her husband said that when he returned from work Huston was stressed, which was not unusual, and that she needed time away from the house, KPTV reports. She left their home in Dundee at 5:45 p.m.

A vigil was held Tuesday night in Newberg to support Huston's family. Her husband and father have publicly expressed their grief and anxiety.

On Monday, Huston's husband pleaded with people to keep an eye out for his wife and her missing Lexus LX-470 with Oregon license plate number WXH-011.

"I have a feeling maybe she's in a ditch somewhere," Kallen Huston said.

Police had not determined if a crime occurred or if Huston voluntarily disappeared.

Anyone with information should contact Detective Ryan Simmons at 503-538-8321.

Her family has created a Facebook page for updates and is soliciting funds for printing missing fliers, adding to a reward for information and covering other search-related expenses.
