Jon Stewart Says Rand Paul's Limerick Sucks, Invents A New Mitch McConnell Meme

'There Once Was A Man Named Rand Paul, His Limerick Skills Suck My B***s'

Kentucky's Fancy Farm picnic is a chance for the state's politicians and political hopefuls to get together and hurl insults at each other while the crowd eggs them on.

This year, Republican Sen. Rand Paul launched into a limerick aimed at Alison Lundergan Grimes, a Democrat looking to unseat Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

“There once was a woman from Kentucky," Paul began.

That got Jon Stewart's attention. On Wednesday night's "Daily Show," Stewart interrupted the clip and offered to make Paul "the new president of the United States" if his next line was of the type that often mark raunchy limericks.

But what followed was so lame that the "Daily Show" host roasted Paul with a limerick of his own.

Watch the clip above to hear it. And if that's not enough, you'll also see what just might be a new Mitch McConnell meme.
