HuffPost Live host Alyona Minkovski will host a World Humanitarian Day panel discussion at the U.N., which is expected to kick off at 1:30 p.m. Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon will speak, along with a group of journalists and activists, about the U.N.'s recently released study on violence against aid workers.
