Arianna: 'Stay With It, Even When The World Tells Us No'

During a panel discussion of pioneering women on the "The Queen Latifah Show," Arianna Huffington offered her insights into the most concerning issues facing women today, telling Queen Latifah that even when doubt is cast on one's dreams, "We've got to stay with it, even if the world tells us no."

Arianna joined activist Gloria Steinem, actress and singer Rita Moreno and MSNBC journalist Melissa Harris-Perry for an "Hour Of Power Women," which originally aired on May 14.

Celebrating nine years of The Huffington Post, Arianna said that we are now in a Third Women's Revolution.

"We women don't just want access to the top of the world, we want to change the world," she said.

Arianna also discussed Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg's "Lean In" campaign, and the criticism that those following its philosophy will create women who act "bossy." Arianna shared her experience with her own daughter being subjected to such labels, noting that "it may make it harder for her to be assertive."

Arianna also discussed women's struggles with self-doubt, or, that "obnoxious roommate living in our head." She encouraged women to support one another, quoting former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, "There is a special place in Hell for women who don't help other women."
