Mitt Romney Had The Perfect Response After Taking The Ice Bucket Challenge

Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney completed the ice bucket challenge on Thursday with a chuckle and a classic response.

"That is cold," he affirmed, after being doused in ice water by one-time ticket mate Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.).

Hewlett-Packard CEO Meg Whitman, Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and Creighton Rider, a Salt Lake City man who suffers from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, all nominated Romney to undertake the ice bucket challenge. Romney said he would also be contributing to support ALS research.

The former Massachusetts governor -- donning a crisp suit and flag pin, reminiscent of his look during the 2012 presidential campaign -- returned the favor by challenging his wife, Ann, and actor Jason Sudeikis, who had the honor of playing Romney on Saturday Night Live.

"Jason, get wet and make a contribution," Romney said.
