Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) was re-elected to Congress Tuesday, defeating Democrat Mikel Weisser.

The congressman, who first came to Congress from the state's 1st District in 2011, moved to the more Republican-friendly 4th District after serving one term in the House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in this year's GOP primary.

Gosar is known for insinuating that President Barack Obama's administration has been an "accessory" to murder, among various other conservative stances.
