The Cold, Hard Truth About That Summer Fling You Just Had

Unlike Sandy and Danny in "Grease," summer lovin' doesn't always result in, err, true love. In fact, when the leaves begin to change, your summer fling may start to fade faster than the daylight.

We were reminded of that this week while watching Michelle Markowitz and David Ross' new video "Summer Fling", which offers up the cold, hard truth about seasonal romances.

In it, a guy and girl who have been hooking up since Memorial Day discuss the future of their relationship and it turns out, they're not exactly on the same page.

Acting out typical (read: grossly exaggerated) gender stereotypes, Michelle is dreaming of apple-picking dates while David is "over-extended already this fall" with eight fantasy football leagues and probably won't have time for a girlfriend.

The message here? "Summer fling, don't mean a thing" -- unless of course Michelle invests in some hot leather pants.
