Scottish Independence

In September, the Scots went to the polls and voted on whether or not to break away from Great Britain. The final vote kept Scotland in the U.K. for the time being, but perhaps you could show off your Scottish streak by throwing on a plaid kilt and some bagpipes (non-functioning recommended). "Frozen" came out at the end of 2013 so we didn't see any costumes last year, but you just KNOW there will be an army of Elsas running around on Halloween this year. If princesses aren't your thing, paint your face light blue, add icicles, and when people ask what you are, just say, "I'm 'Frozen'!" They'll chuckle and then quickly find someone else at the party to talk to.
