Dallas Mayor On Ebola Patient Death: 'I Don't Believe Race Was A Factor'

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings joined HuffPost Live on Friday to discuss the death of Thomas Eric Duncan, the first Ebola case diagnosed in the United States. Duncan died Wednesday at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
