We all need help maintaining our personal spiritual practice. We hope that these daily meditations, prayers and mindful awareness exercises can be part of bringing spirituality alive in your life.

Today's meditation features a song by The Beatles off The White Album. The song asks us to imagine that we are the children of Mother Nature, utterly connected to her every mountain and stream.

Mother Nature's Son by The Beatles

Born a poor young country boy, Mother Nature's son
All day long I'm sitting singing songs for everyone

Sit beside a mountain stream, see her waters rise
Listen to the pretty sound of music as she flies

Find me in my field of grass, Mother Nature's son
Swaying daises sing a lazy song beneath the sun

Before You Go
