Don Norcross won his bid to represent New Jersey in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Norcross won the Democratic primary by a long shot in June. He faced Republican Garry Cobb in the general election on Tuesday.
Norcross currently serves in the New Jersey state Senate, to which he was appointed in January 2010.
