Here's Why French Singer-Songwriter Owlle Should Be On Your Fall Music Playlist

A Mermaid In BDSM Gear And An Electro-Pop Chanteuse Are A Match Made In Musical Heaven

French singer-songwriter Owlle earned a spot on our autumn playlists with her catchy single, "Ticky Ticky," and we're happy to say her full-length album, "France," offers a smooth mix of simmering electro-pop.

The 27-year-old chanteuse, who hails from Cannes, has been compared to the likes of Lykke Li, Bat for Lashes and Kate Bush, and it's easy to see (and hear) why.

The video for Owlle's latest, "Creed," features a mermaid clad in bondage gear against a dreamy California landscape. Surreal imagery, yes, but we wouldn't expect anything less from the artist behind "France," an album that is perfect for both the dance floor and contemplative solitude.

Be sure to check out the new video for "Creed" above, as well as a short feature below.

In the meantime, European fans can find out where she's performing next here.
