Rep. Bill Foster (D-Ill.) was re-elected to Congress on Tuesday.
Foster defeated Republican challenger Darlene Senger, a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, to hold on to his seat. Foster previously represented Illinois' 14th congressional district, but lost his seat in 2010. He was elected to represent the 11th congressional district in 2012.
