Rep. Peter Roskam (R-Ill.) was re-elected to Congress in Illinois' 6th congressional district on Tuesday.
Roskam, who was first elected to Congress in 2006, defeated Democratic Michael Mason. Earlier this year, Roskam made an unsuccessful bid for House majority whip.
