Professional golfer Patrick Reed will reportedly be fined after he was overheard shouting an anti-gay epithet in the wake of missing a putt during a tournament in China.

The 24-year-old, who starred for America during its recent Ryder Cup defeat to Europe, could be heard at Shanghai's WGC-HSBC Champions tournament exclaiming, “Nice f***ing three-putt, you f***in’ faggot,” on tape, CNN reported.
