Jon Stewart Eviscerates Self, Changes The Way You Think About Stewart

Before you write a snarky comment about the headline on this post, here's some backstory: Jon Stewart wrote it himself.

The man behind "The Daily Show" spoke with HuffPost Live's Roy Sekoff on Tuesday about "Rosewater," his directorial debut, which chronicles a journalist who was arrested and tortured in Iran for 118 days in 2009. During the conversation, Stewart also shared his take on The Huffington Post and our infamous history with "sideboob."

"There's nothing like sideboob," Stewart said. "I like it. I don't see it necessarily as page one news, but it's nice."

Stewart also further explained his feelings about online news sources, which he compared to "carnival barkers" in an interview with New York magazine.

"[I was talking about] the type of clickbait headlines that you look for, like: 'This Will Change The Way You Think About Monkeys.' And then you click on it and it's the monkey wearing a hat, and you're like, 'No, I always thought they could wear hats. That didn't really change the way I thought about it.'"

But not to worry, HuffPost lovers. Stewart still gets us.

"I understand. Look, we make things. It's an ecosystem. And you want people to come and look at your thing -- and it sounds as sexual as it probably is," he said.
