Alleged Cosby Victim: ‘He's Wicked With Power, Lust And Manipulation' (VIDEO)

Chelan was a 17-year-old aspiring model when she says she met with Bill Cosby to discuss her modeling career. But she claims that after taking a few pictures, the man whom she turned to for career guidance drugged and sexually assaulted her.

“He had me go in the bathroom, wet my hair. I had long hair back then. And he gave me a blue pill with, like, this much Amaretto. I had a cold. He said it was an antihistamine. That’s what he told me. And I took it with a drink, not thinking,” she tells Dr. Phil in the video above. “Then he gave me a second shot, escorted me down the hallway. I remember lying down. He laid next to me, and he was pinching on my left breast, like repetitiously, really fast, and he was grunting. And, I felt something warm on my leg. After that, I passed out, and I woke up to him [clapping] and saying, ‘Daddy says wake up.’”

Chelan, who is joined by her attorney Gloria Allred, says she feels like “America’s dad” is manipulating everyone, including his wife. “It’s time to stop,” she says, wiping away tears. “He took away my innocence, and it’s changed my whole life. He’s wicked. He’s wicked with power. He’s wicked with lust. He’s wicked with manipulation.”
