Meryl Streep And Ellen's Attempt To Redo Their Oscars Selfie Fails

Meryl Streep Jokingly Slams Bradley Cooper Over Oscars Selfie

It was the most memorable selfie of 2014 (sorry, Kim K), and Meryl Streep still has a few words about that star-studded photo from the Oscars in March.

On "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Monday, Streep was joined by fellow "Into the Woods" castmates Anna Kendrick and Emily Blunt. DeGeneres recalled the night she hosted the Oscars and asked Streep for a photo, before Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Jared Leto, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Lupita Nyong'o, Kevin Spacey and Channing Tatum hopped in on the fun. After some encouragement from the Oscars host, the photo quickly broke the record for the most retweeted post on Twitter.

"The whole idea was that I was going to get a selfie with Meryl, and then everybody else jumped in, and Meryl was barely in the selfie," DeGeneres recalled.

"I know! Bradley Cooper, what a hog," Streep joked before DeGeneres asked for a redo.

Somehow, the talk show host's second attempt at a selfie with the legendary actress went awry, too:
