Fugitive Arrested After Commenting On Sheriff's Facebook Page

An Ohio man facing a slew of charges turned himself in after commenting on his own wanted photo on the sheriff's Facebook page.

Andrew Dale Marcum was wanted on charges ranging from burglary to abduction, according to KFOR. The Butler County Sheriff's Office knew his previous residence and the areas where he was allegedly criminally active, but they needed help finding Marcum.

They posted some photos of him on Facebook in order to enlist the public in their search:

They weren't expecting Marcum himself to comment on it.

"I ain’t tripping half of them don’t even know me," Marcum wrote. What the defendant meant by that statement was not immediately clear.

Sheriff Richard K. Jones tweeted a photo of a jail cell, telling Marcum, "We've got your room ready."

Marcum turned himself in Tuesday. It looks like he's crying in his booking photo.
