Going gluten-free is hard. But giving up cookies, that's near impossible. What's a life without chocolate chip, peanut butter or plain ol' sugar cookies? Not a delicious one, that's for sure. Luckily, just like with cakes, there are so many great cookies that can be made without flour. Some of them are even tastier than their traditional flour-loaded counterpart.
