The problem with spare ribs is that they don't have the same ring as baby back ribs. Sadly no one wrote a jingle about this cut of meat. But we assure you, its inferiority ends there. When it comes to quality and flavor, spare ribs are where it's at. Some even say spare ribs are tastier than baby back ribs, because there is more marbling found throughout the meat.
These spare ribs should definitely be your next dinner, whether you prepare them smoked, fried, dim sum-style or slathered with honey garlic sauce.
