Celiac disease affects about 1 percent of Americans whose bodies can face irreparable damage from gluten. That said, this humorous video pokes fun at those who go gluten-free out of choice, not medical necessity.

The "how-to" clip is full of pointers on adopting the gluten-intolerant lifestyle. As comedian JP Sears cautions at the beginning, however, only watch "If you're ready to have a ravenous appetite for impossible standards and dogmatic feelings of victimization."
