Kristen Schaal Can't Believe The Future Will Have 3D-Printed Hearts Before Equal Pay For Women

Kristen Schaal Speaks On The Future Of Wage Equality

If you're already upset about the current state of the wage-gender pay gap in America, you don't want to know what's coming.

The always hard-hitting Kristen Schaal returned to her correspondents' role on "The Daily Show" on Tuesday to talk about equal pay for equal work and reminded people that the problem isn't quite as simple as paying women the same as men in each paycheck. She told Jon Stewart how society makes it easier for men to obtain and keep higher paying jobs, so it's going to take changes to child care, education and more to make things more equal over time. Like, a lot of time.

"You're telling me we're going to print a human heart out of a Xerox machine before women get pay equality?" asked Stewart. To which Schaal replied:

"No, I'm telling you we're going to print a human heart out of a Xerox machine 30 years before women get pay equality. At this point, we'd be better off printing a 3D penis, slapping it on a bank counter and saying, 'Hey society, fuck you, pay me!'"
