A Cinco de Mayo treat that goes beyond chips and guac? Si, please!
These creamy margarita popsicles take one of our favorite Cinco de Mayo offerings -- the humble margarita, of course -- and freeze it into a brilliant hand-held concoction that's impossible to turn down.
The secret is sweetened condensed milk, which gives the pops a creamy boost that's sweet but not too sweet. You'll also find salt, fresh lime juice and (surprise!) tequila inside. The recipe is simple, and you don't need a fancy popsicle maker: Dixie cups and craft sticks will do just fine.
