If you're going to live in a tiny home, then you'd better make it good. And cheap. And eco-friendly. And AWESOME.

This is certainly the case with Isabella Mori's 186-square-foot marvel, a tiny home in Vancouver worth studying for its impressive design and functionality. The house, which Mori helped design, has two separate levels with an entryway, a galley kitchen, two closets, a mezzanine workspace, a washroom and an entire wall of slatted windows. The pull-out bed allows even more space for Mori and her two cats to roam.

Oh, and the house cost only about $32,000 to build. Check out some photos below.

  • Let's start at the front door. The Japanese-style house is totally mobile, so Mori can move and park it wherever she wants in the future.

  • The kitchen has a toaster oven, an induction burner and a half-size fridge. There's also a double sink: one side for washing hands and brushing teeth, and another for dishes.

  • "I am very aware of space limitations, so I just don't buy stuff I don't need," Mori says. "I also make a point of not buying anything I don't love... so you are surrounded by things you really like. It's a pretty awesome way to live."

  • Oh, and there's plenty of space for Mori's two cats. She keeps their litterbox in one of the home's two storage closets, with a periscope vent and small fan for ventilation.

  • There's even storage space/a mini garden on the porch.

  • We can't wait to see where Mori takes this mobile tiny home next.
