It's no easy feat living to 102, so it should come as no surprise that Nonnie was a little extra excited to blow out the candles on her cake. So excited, in fact, that she gave everyone (including herself) the surprise of a lifetime when it came to the opportune moment.

Check out the hilarious video below to see exactly what grandma blows out with her candles ... let's just say, we think we know what grandma will be wishing for: some Fixodent.

The video of "Nonnie," Louise Bonito, was posted by her granddaughters on Instagram.

"I took a deep, deep breath and with all my might I blew out the candles and then my teeth came out," Bonito told ABC News in an interview. "Well my grandchildren went crazy laughing, and laughing." The family celebrated her birthday on Mother's Day while her actual birthday was on April 26th.

It seems she took the surprise in stride, adding, "There's so many problems in this life and I'm so glad that with this there can be laughter."

Beautiful. Happy birthday, Nonnie!
