Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger may have called it quits, but Patrick's dad Arnold has nothing but good things to say about the "Wrecking Ball" singer.
During an interview with Howard Stern for his Sirius XM radio show on June 24, the "Terminator" actor opened up about his son's split with the pop star, saying there are no hard feelings.
"Under normal circumstances maybe I would be nervous, but I'll tell you the two reasons why not," he explained. "One is my kids are very strong. They have had their upbringing. They know exactly how far they can go and they should be adventurous, they should venture out and meet different people, so I was not worried about that."
He continued, "The other thing is when I did meet Miley Cyrus, when she came up to Sun Valley skiing during the holidays, I found out that she was a fantastic person."
The former governor of California wasn't even bothered by Miley's "out there" antics.
"She was a wonderful person, then she has this career side where she maybe has to be a little out there, and is maybe a little different because she grew up in a music family. So what? It didn’t bother me.”
Arnie also noted that Miley and Patrick has a great relationship that just "eventually fell apart."
We doubt the two will be getting back together anytime soon, but it's good to know there's no bad blood between them.
