'I Am Chris Farley' Trailer Promises An Emotional Look At The Late Comedian

In 1997, Chris Farley died of a drug overdose at the age of 33.

His memory lives on through his work, and this summer that memory will be showcased in the new documentary, "I Am Chris Farley," as his friends and former co-workers look back on his legacy.

The first trailer for the film, directed by Brent Hodge and Derik Murray, first premiered on BuzzFeed on Monday, and promises an emotional look at the late comedian.

According to Variety, the documentary features interviews with "Saturday Night Live" alumni including Adam Sandler, Molly Shannon, Dan Aykroyd, Mike Myers and David Spade. It will premiere on Spike on Aug. 10, before its release on VOD and DVD on Aug. 11.
