Greece failed to meet a deadline to repay a debt of 1.6 billion euros to the International Monetary Fund on Tuesday, the same day that the cash-strapped country's years-long bailout program came to an end. Greece's failure to make the payment on Tuesday marks the first time a developed country missed a deadline to pay the IMF.
