Not only did one actress make the list THREE different times (major shout out to Gabrielle Union), but Caitlyn Jenner wowed in one of her most elegant looks to date and "Revenge" actress Ashley Madekwe stole the show in a culotte-crop-top combo for the ages.

Gabrielle Union in Rag & Bone: A slip dress in the summer is one of the sexiest looks, but Union toughened up her outfit by adding a bomber jacket. We love the mix of masculine and feminine elements and her bold red lipstick just puts her ensemble over the top.

Gabrielle Union in Noam Hanoch:Va-va-voom! This could be one of the best jumpsuits in best-dressed history. It fits her like a glove and the lace detailing adds a little something special to make her stand out from the crowd.
