Twitter users are dropping some serious knowledge on what it's really like to experience depression.

The topic #TheWorstPartOfDepressionIs started trending on the social media site Friday, creating yet another much-needed conversation about the mental health issue that affects more than 350 million people worldwide. Users shared the most annoying parts of the disorder, discussing everything from encountering stigma to being too exhausted to leave the house.

The users' pet peeves are only some of the everyday problems people with depression go through. The disorder has the ability to take a toll mentally and physically, causing everything from feelings of hopelessness to body aches to insomnia, among other ailments.
