Surprising no one, Kim Davis said she would not issue a marriage license to either of her children if they were gay.

Davis sat down with Fox News' Megyn Kelly to talk about her defiance of the Supreme Court's ruling and refusal to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples in Kentucky. The county clerk told Kelly she would deny her own children the same right if they wanted to marry someone of the same gender.

“I wouldn’t write them a marriage license, no way," she said. "I would love them. I love all people. But I would not write them a marriage license ... I have love in my heart for everyone. Everyone has a soul, Megyn, and that’s what we’re bound as Christians to love and to reach for."

The county clerk, who has been criticized for judging others despite her own marital history, believes she has received God's forgiveness for past actions.

"I haven't judged anybody," she said. "I have given my life to Christ, I have been redeemed by the blood of Christ, and that's available to anybody that wants that. My sins are forgiven. They are thrown into a sea of forgetfulness from the time I gave my life to him. Do I still sin? Maybe every now and then. We're all flesh."
