Washington's DeAngelo Hall rewarded a supportive young fan on Thursday night while he was being taken to the locker room to have a toe injury assessed.

Hall sprained a toe on his right foot in the third quarter of last night's game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium. According to Giants offensive lineman Shaun O'Hara, Hall encountered a 12-year-old Washington fan named Brian in the tunnel leading to the visiting locker room.

Brian saw Hall hobble through and said, "Hey DeAngelo, I'll say a prayer for you."

"Thanks, kid, I needed that," Hall replied, according to O'Hara, before tossing Brian his jersey. Brian showed off his unexpected bounty on O'Hara's Instagram last night.

Very classy, DeAngelo. The moment as O'Hara described it is nearly a reenactment of Mean Joe Green's classic 1979 Coca-Cola commercial. Just replace the kid's Coke with Brian's prayer.

Good catch, kid.
