Newly-single Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are heating things up on "The Voice." The two coaches seem to have undeniable chemistry, but a source close to Shelton says nothing is going on.

"It's total bulls**t," the source told People. "There's nothing there. They're nothing more than friends."

Stefani, lead singer of "No Doubt," filed for divorce from Gavin Rossdale in August. Rossdale and Stefani were married for nearly 13 years and share three children together.

Though Stefani hasn't commented directly on the split, she told Cosmopolitan in February, "We go through so much together -- it's a miracle that we could stay together this long."

Shelton and estranged wife Miranda Lambert announced their divorce in July, after four years of marriage. Despite what happened, Shelton says he's still friendly with his ex.

"We knew if rumblings and rumors started coming out, they would just be that. By the time anybody knew anything, it was over. It was done," said Shelton on the "Bobby Bones Show." "Our whole thing was, we are going to be cool about this, it is what it is. We're buddies."

Season 9 of "The Voice" premiered in September, so there's still a lot of time to watch Stefani and Shelton flirt interact. But with news that original host Christina Aguilera is coming back for Season 10, this romance rumor could soon be over.
