Jane Seymour Talks Candidly About Botox And Plastic Surgery

"Everything in moderation."

At 64, Jane Seymour says her secret to aging gracefully has nothing to do with going under the knife or getting fancy fillers.

The former Bond girl and veteran TV actress says aging gracefully has got more to do with accepting changes rather than fighting them.

“I tried Botox but didn’t like it," Seymour told The Express in a recent interview. "I could see it in my face and I can see it in other people too ... I’d rather be the best I can be at the age I’m at," Seymour said, adding, she likes her wrinkles "too much."

Seymour reveals she instead focuses on her health to keep herself looking her best and feeling good, inside and out. "If you look your best, it builds your self-esteem," she said, adding that she regularly does pilates, light weights, spinning and that she tries to walk as much as possible to stay fit. "Everything in moderation."

She told Closer Weekly in a 2014 interview that she was in better shape now in her 60s than she was when she first rose to fame as a Bond girl opposite Roger Moore in the 1973 film "Live and Let Die."

And there are photos to prove it. Seymour looked stunning as she posed in a hot pink bikini for Closer Weekly just before her 63rd birthday. She says she was praised for showing that a love of life (and sex appeal) don't disappear as you get older.

Indeed, Seymour's career is still going strong with a guest role on the hit show "Jane The Virgin" and several upcoming films.
