Adrian Grenier Says He Might Run For Office One Day

"Maybe one day I'll be asked to assume a leadership role."

Adrian Grenier has been an outspoken advocate of environmental reform in the past, most recently partnering with Uber in a mission to recycle tech waste, but the actor might be ready step his activism up a notch.

When asked by HuffPost Live on Friday if he'd ever consider running for office to increase his efforts, Grenier nodded in affirmation.

"Yes -- I mean, I feel like I want to be of service," he told host Alex Miranda. "And if I can do it better in the private sector as an individual [that's fine], but maybe one day I'll be asked to assume a leadership role."

"Maybe Kanye will have me as his running mate," he joked. "I don't know."

As for the upcoming election, the "Entourage" star is still undecided, but he has deemed Donald Trump to be "the most harmful."

"I wouldn't endorse anybody right now," he said. "I like a lot of what's happening in the Democratic Party, but I'm more of an independent thinker. ... I've always liked Hillary, and Sanders is certainly reflecting a lot of my values and beliefs, but I'm gonna hold out."
