Lindsay Lohan Dresses As Sharon Tate On Charles Manson's Birthday

Like, WHAAAAT?

Raise your hand if you are wondering why Lindsay Lohan would dress up like Sharon Tate on Charles Manson's birthday.

Quick history lesson for those who aren't familiar with the late "Valley of the Dolls" actress or how she died.

Tate was married to director Roman Polanski and was eight-and-a-half months pregnant when she was brutally murdered in her home, along with four others, by a cult known as the Manson Family on August 9, 1969. The 26-year-old actress was stabbed 16 times and her killers wrote the word "Pig" in her blood on the walls.

Manson, who turned 81 on Nov. 12, was found guilty of seven counts of first-degree murder and one count conspiracy to commit murder on Jan. 25, 1971. He was sentenced to death, but managed to avoid death row after Californian's Supreme Court invalidated all death sentences before 1972. The cult leader is serving nine concurrent life sentences at Corcoran State Prison and was denied parole for the 12th time in April 2012.

Keeping all that in mind it's bizarre timing for for Lohan to post a photo of herself channeling the late actress. She captioned the photo, "#cancer meets #AQUARIUS I LOVE SHARON TATE #themeLOOK 🌸🌻🌼🌸🌻🌼🌸🙏🏻#hippieWINTERCHIC @lavishalice #tagoverload."
