Politicians React To Obama's Oval Office Address On Terrorism

"Tonight, @POTUS was resolute."

President Barack Obama addressed the nation in light of a recent spate of terror attacks around the globe in just his third Oval Office address of the administration.

During his rare speech, the president pledged to fight the Islamic State while urging the public to avoid Islamophobia and refrain from turning "against one another." The address prompted dozens of politicians to take to Twitter to throw their support behind Obama's words, while others condemned the president's response and championed what they would do in office instead.
