This Meme Says What We're All Thinking About Coldplay's Halftime Show

How do we "Fix You?"

If you watched Super Bowl 50 Sunday night, then you also saw Beyoncé and Bruno Mars effectively steal the show from Chris Martin and Coldplay.

The two high energy performers, clad in black and strutting around the stage with swag, effectively iced out the British band with ease, leading to memes like this:

At one point, the show basically turned into a Bey vs. Bruno dance off and we couldn't look away.

When Coldplay came back to the stage, everyone was very, very meh. The New York Times captured the sad last moments of Martin trying to finish out the performance and keep up with the two artists on either side of him, writing, "Beyoncé laid her left hand on Mr. Martin’s right shoulder as she and Mr. Mars outsang him -- an act of love, of pity, of grace."

Unfortunately, Martin ended up becoming what he (and his daughter) feared the most -- a meme.

"My daughter said the sweetest thing yesterday. 'How you feeling about the Super Bowl?' 'Of course, we're a little bit nervous,'" Martin said during rehearsals for the show. "She said, 'Dad, the worst that could happen is you'll get turned into a meme. And after a month or so people will just forget!'"

See you in a month, Coldplay.
