Lady Gaga delivered an emotional performance at the Oscars on Sunday, bringing the audience to tears with her song "Til It Happens To You."
The song, which is featured in the campus rape documentary "The Hunting Ground," ended with Gaga bringing out a group of survivors of sexual assault with messages written on their arms.
Kesha, who is currently involved in a lawsuit against her former producer, Dr. Luke, for sexual assault and battery, tweeted out her thanks to Gaga and Vice President Joe Biden, who introduced the singer with a powerful message of his own. Gaga has publicly supported Kesha in her legal battle against Dr. Luke.
