One Of Our Favorite Queer Web Series, 'The Outs,' Returns For Another Season

After a lengthy break, one of the best queer web series on the Internet is finally back -- and this time with the support of Vimeo.

"The Outs" explores the fictional lives and relationships of a group of people living in New York City. Created by and starring Adam Goldman, the series has done (and we suspect it will continue to do) a spectacular job of exploring the nuances of human relationships through a lens that balances the comedic and heartbreaking with expertise.

"This season of 'The Outs' is a weird thing: it feels simultaneously like a completely new project but also like a natural evolution from the first season," Goldman told The Huffington Post. "Obviously, having Vimeo's support meant we could really blow out the production value in certain respects, though to be honest the heart of the show is about relationships, and those are probably stronger when they're not being explored in the middle of, say, a car chase or something like that.

I like to think of this season as a sequel to the first in a lot of ways rather than a continuation. The characters are largely the same, but their relationships have changed. That said, the affection between those characters, the ways they care about each other and deal with each other and sometimes hurt each other, is still the core of the show."
