Very Heavy Heavyweight Champ Hates Boxing, Loves Flab, Taunts Rival

"I hope Klitschko knocks me out because I can then retire."

Just what boxing needs -- a heavyweight champ who loves his gut and hates the sport.

World title holder Tyson Fury put on one of the wackier press conferences in recent memory Wednesday to promote his July 9 rematch against Wladimir Klitschko. In November, Fury won the crown by defeating then-reigning champ Klitchsko, who had won 22 previous fights.

Wednesday on his home turf in Manchester, England, Fury stepped up his verbal assault. He pulled off his shirt to reveal ample flab and taunted Klitschko. "Does that look like a fighter's body?" he says in the clip above. "Clearly not. Do I give a f-ck? No. .. Have a look. Fat man -- that's who beat you. Shame on you, my friend."

"Shame on me?" Klitschko responded.

"Shame on you," Fury fired back. "You let a fat man beat ya."

It gets weirder. Not only did Fury say he doesn't take boxing seriously, he isn't too fond of his profession either.

"I hate boxing, I hate it, I hate training, but I am too f****** good at it to stop," he said, per the Telegraph. "I hope Klitschko knocks me out because I can then retire and go on holiday."

Be careful what you wish for, "fat man."
