This Hedgehog Cafe In Japan Is Where Snuggly Dreams Come True

They'll *spike* your interest, for sure.

If you thought cat cafes were cute, then wait till you see a cafe full of teeny-weeny hedgehogs.

The Harry hedgehog cafe opened in Tokyo last month, Reuters reports, and it's like nothing we've ever seen before. Here, visitors can cuddle with a selection of adorable hedgehogs, all while enjoying self-serve drinks or treats they've brought themselves.

But really, who needs a crumpet when you can hold THIS little muffin?

The cafe greets visitors with a "menu" board of sorts, detailing the varieties of hedgehogs available for snuggling on that particular day. Should visitors fall in love with a furry spiny friend, they can purchase him as a pet and take him home.

Typical weekday tickets cost about $9 for 30-minute visit, with additional fees if you'd like to participate in a photo session or mealworm feeding:

Harry hedgehog cafe accepts reservations and is located in Tokyo's entertainment district. Should you choose to venture over, you may want to complete your tour-de-cute with a trip to Tokyo Disney or Ueno Zoo afterward.

Happy hedging!
