Watch Seniors Try And Fail To Resist The Power of Beyoncé's 'Lemonade'

Bey slays for all ages.

For those of us who've tried in vain to convert mom and dad to the church of Beyoncé (🙋), here's the video for you. Fine Brothers Entertainment gathered a group of elders to give them a taste of Bey's "Lemonade" and their reactions are as varied as they are hilarious.

Although some complain about the "jammer" and "foul language," most of the over-50 crowd in the video find it hard to resist the powerful lyrics and infectious beats. All of them, however, are similarly mystified about the "Becky with the good hair" lyric.

Throughout the video, an off-camera interviewer engages with the participants in a dialogue about some of the political messaging in the album, eliciting thoughtful responses about societal beauty standards and systematic racism.

"There's always been racism," one woman says after listening to "Freedom." "The more that we bring it up and we discuss it, the more that people realize it's something we need to get past."
