Hellerstedt, centers on a Texas house bill called H.B. 2 that was signed in 2013 and placed restrictions on abortion clinics. Anti-abortion activists say the restrictions are necessary to protect women's health, while pro-choice groups and abortion clinics say the laws do nothing to make abortions any safer and are instead just a cover to prevent women from getting abortions.
