Kind Of Down With This Dance That Chance And Steph Curry Did Last Night

Emotional night at the ESPY Awards. No one’s disputing that. Over and over, athletes and people within and around the world of sports honored heroes. Real, certifiable, 100 percent, Grade-A heroes. But a few hours removed from the emotional events of the night, can I just say that I’m kind of down with this dance Chance The Rapper did with Stephen Curry before his performance last night?

There’s something about the rhythm of it. The subtle yet abrupt nature of the stomp, followed by the release and flow of the kick, helped along by the slight click of four shoes hitting the pavement almost, but not quite, in time. Dare I say, could this be the dance of the summer? I’m certainly not going to say it can’t.

Now, where did this magical dance come from? Based on the YouTube video below, it appears to have come from a magical place known as Jones’ Good ASS BBQ and Foot Massage, a world where Jones will fry anything you want and give you a foot massage to boot. What a world.
