The Cutest Dogs On Capitol Hill Are A Hit On Both Sides Of The Aisle

This is when the fur flies in Washington and it’s actually welcomed.

The Independent Journal Review released its “Cutest Dogs on Capitol Hill” for the second straight year, reminding us that pooch appeal knows no party.

The IJR fielded photo submissions and voted without knowing the owners’ political affiliations “to maintain objectivity of course.”
