It’s been 12 years since singer JoJo had us all singing (and yelling) “Leave (Get Out)” with more heart than we knew was possible. This Friday, she’ll be blessing us thrice over with her third studio album “Mad Love.”

While the 25-year-old has been making moves, she’s not too busy to stay tuned into coverage of the election. JoJo sat down with HuffPost’s Lauren Moraski to discuss her latest work and tell us where she stands on this year’s candidates.

In response to a viewer question on whom she’d be voting for, the singer proudly declared, “Not Trump! I’m with her.”

We heard that.

As our host pointed out, JoJo even captured her mortification after Sunday night’s debate on Twitter.

Given the high stakes of this election, she stressed the importance of young people exercising their voting rights on Nov. 8.

“Get out there [and vote]. It’s really important because otherwise older people are going to vote for us, so don’t let them,” she said.
